Cruise Itinerary

Travel Documents & Personal Information
Proper travel documents (including applicable visas where necessary) are required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. While we will do our best to provide you with as much information as possible, you should always ensure that you follow all travel and documentation requirements for your cruise. Any guest without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Carnival assumes no responsibility for advising guests of proper travel documentation. Visit our website here for full details regarding travel documentation requirements.

All guests are reminded to protect their personal information, including their booking number(s). Only call Carnival Customer Service at 1-800-CARNIVAL or 1-800-764-7419 (USA) and 0808-234-0680 (UK), your Carnival Personal Vacation Planner at 1-800-819-3902, or your travel agent for any questions or reservation changes. Read more about what you should know before you go.
Passports
Except where it is a mandatory requirement, Carnival highly recommends that all guests travel with a passport. The passport must be valid for at least six months after the last day of the cruise.
Guests With Disabilites and Personal Mobility Devices
If you have a disability and need special accommodations, please inform us as soon as the need is known. If you are traveling with a wheelchair/scooter, you must ensure you have selected a stateroom that best accommodates your needs. Please review your ship’s PDF accessible deck plan and confirm the stateroom you have selected will work for you. Accessible staterooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis just like all other staterooms.

Mobility devices cannot be stored in corridors or public areas. Most standard staterooms accommodate scooters that are 21 inches. Scooters must be able to collapse or fold and stored in a way that allows for safe exit from the stateroom. Guests who bring scooters larger than 21 inches wide, or travel with multiple scooters in the same stateroom, must purchase a fully accessible stateroom with a wider doorway (32 inches), or rent a smaller scooter appropriately suited for their stateroom. Guests may be required to have their scooters sized at the time of check-in to ensure it fits in the stateroom. Scooters that do not fit in the stateroom will not be allowed on board. Should a guest be unable to make alternate arrangements to rent a smaller scooter or travel without it, he/she will be denied boarding and no compensation will be provided.

NOTE: Aboard Carnival Celebration, Carnival Jubilee, Mardi Gras, not all staterooms can accommodate scooters. If you are traveling with a scooter on one of these ships, please review your ship’s PDF accessible deck plan and confirm the stateroom you have selected accommodates your needs.
